ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced commercial leader who will be in charge of the commercial strategy in the company.

WHAT WILL YOU DO 

  • Design and update the new brand acquisition strategy through different offline and online channels.
  • Leadership and development of the company's Commercial Team
  • Identify strategies to improve the commercial processes of the company.
  • Management and negotiation with business partners or suppliers.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 3+ years experience leading sales, brand acquisition through different channels, offline and online.
  • Design, leadership and development of commercial teams.
  • Experience in companies such as: Startups, ecommerce and mass consumption.
  • Solve ambiguous problems.
  • Scaling and automation of processes.
  • Persuasion and negotiation skills
