We are seeking talented individuals to pioneer and build the foundation of the Polychain2030 programme, a support programme committed to providing exceptional industry-leading value to our portfolio organizations in technical development, business development, and organizational support.


Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new portfolio organizations post-investment, and set expectations around value-added services provided by Polychain
  • Connect and coordinate legal and business development resources with potential partners
  • Generally support partners on a variety of issues or questions as they arise
  • Support community development and communication of portfolio projects
  • Manage product roadmap development and iteration on strategic direction of the project
  • Complete regular check-ins with partners and seek new ways for Polychain to provide meaningful support
  • Identify key lessons learned, communicate constructive feedback to portfolio organizations, and work to build scalable processes and solutions that can be deployed across multiple partners
  • Identify hiring needs, and work with founders and recruiters to provide ongoing talent placement support
  • Provide critical feedback to project founders on both strategic- and day-to-day level operations across support verticals.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding and passion for blockchain technology and decentralized consensus networks
  • High EQ with powerful relationship building skills
  • Outstanding problem solver
  • Should have a deep and current understanding of the crypto landscape and a strong network of other cryptocurrency and blockchain professionals
  • Adept at collecting and analyzing information and implementing actions with a view to meet goals
  • Technical base in software development or exceptional math and game-theory skills are considered a significant advantage
  • MBA or outstanding business pedigree is not required but favored
