Responsibilities:

  • Implement and own internal recruiting process
  • Lead interview training across the organization
  • Oversee candidate experience from beginning to end
  • Track key metrics and report out to stakeholders
  • Manage recruiting software and ensure data integrity
  • Lead recruiting support for our portfolio across all existing and future Polychain Funds
  • Create highly effective best practices for building out a recruiting function, and be a trusted advisor to early stage portfolio projects

Requirements

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented individual
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Calm and poised demeanor; strong brand ambassador¬†
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments
  • Experience implementing and managing recruiting software
  • 5+ years experience working in recruiting, especially technical and executive recruiting
  • College degree required
  • Obsession with the future of blockchain technology and web3 strongly preferred
