Pollen is seeking a CRM and Brand Comms specialist/manager to deliver a world class comms plan for our marketing campaigns – we work with some of the biggest names in music, from blockbuster artists to global festival and promoter brands.

What you’ll do in 12 months 

  • You will execute the communications strategy for Music on Pollen+. Including planning, reporting and execution.
  • Work with critical internal stakeholders and manage & maintain those relationships.
  • You will work to tight and ever-moving deadlines and deliver to a best in class standard, to drive a key business proposition.
  • Use our CRM tool (Iterable) to draft, edit and send communications for Pollen campaigns - including but not limited to Email, SMS and Push.
  • You will maintain high-quality standards for these communications by ensuring correct segmentation, template design compatibility, personable tone of voice and impeccable attention to detail! 
  • Decompress our user’s journey - thinking about how they interact with our products and brand and what excites them.
  • Planning the campaign calendar and ensuring we are launching campaigns on time and  engaging users at the appropriate point in their life cycle.
  • Reporting on campaigns that you own and execute back to business and key stakeholders using your insights to help make futureproof decisions.
  • Work with our  in house creative team to ensure we are delivering best in class content.
  • Work with our Partner Marketing team to ensure we are hitting the mark with some of the world's biggest artists, festivals and music brands.
