Pollen’s success, and strategic advantage, will be entirely down to how our users perceive and enjoy the exclusive experiences they get through Pollen Presents, and our technology has a huge role to play in enabling this vision. While we’ve run events of this scale before, we want to use Technology to make them even better, smarter, and more scalable, and key to achieving this is customer adoption of our technology products and solutions.

We’re seeking a visionary Product Marketing Lead with a background or interest in events, travel, or both to work alongside our product teams as we seek product/market fit. We’re looking for someone to help us define and communicate a clear value proposition for Pollen’s products, to both our customers and our wider business.

In the first 12 months you will:

Customer facing value proposition

  • Determine the value proposition of the Pollen platform and app, being cognisant of our different users (existing members, new travellers, vendors)
  • Build a clear plan for how, when and where we will communicate the value prop to our customers and roll this out
  • Drive adoption and successful product launches, learning quickly and adapting as we get insights back
  • Achieve conviction and buy-in on the value proposition internally

Product Marketing function

  • Build out a Product Marketing function within the Product team
  • Design and scale communications processes and playbooks

Internal communications

  • Act as the bridge between Product/Tech, Marketing, and our commercial teams to ensure everyone is in the loop about feature launches and performance
  • Bootstrap an internal feature-release communications framework to make sure Pollen employees are always aware of what’s coming, and what’s been shipped
