We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Talent Buyer to join the Content Team at Pollen to help curate and produce the most exciting Hip Hop events across Europe. 

You will love this role if you are passionate about the music industry, particularly within Hip Hop, and enjoy building and cultivating  strong industry relationships. 

The Content Team at Pollen is thriving and this is an exciting opportunity to join during a time of rapid growth to help outline and implement best practices within our Talent Buying team and drive forward the Pollen Hip Hop offering.

In the first 12 months you will:

  • Be a productive member of a start up Talent Buying Team within the Pollen network. 
  • Lead on all European Hip Hop bookings. 
  • Manage / Update talent budgets for any assigned Pollen experiences. 
  • Source talent availability for any assigned Pollen experiences.
  • Manage / Update all talent negotiations for any assigned Pollen experiences.
  • Manage / Update all contract negotiations between Pollen business affairs and relevant Talent representation for any assigned Pollen experiences.
  • Work with Content Lead and Content Coordinator to ensure all information is correctly stored within Salesforce.
  • Work with Artist Bookers to ensure all invoicing is correct and completed in a timely manner.
  • Support Marketing Teams to ensure all artwork & assets are received and approved according to launch plans.
  • Work with Content Lead and Marketing teams on promotion plans for campaigns. 
  • Work with artist teams to ensure marketing support is provided with show launches. 
  • Coordinate internal marketing timelines with Content Team.
  • Liaise with Artist Representatives to brainstorm and secure exclusive content for Marketing campaigns.
  • Help manage relationships with all talent representatives. 
  • Be available to attend assigned Pollen experiences and represent the company whilst managing relationships with Talent and their representatives. 
  • Actively seek new upcoming Talent in relevant areas.
  • Seek opportunities for Pollen to build meaningful lucrative experiences with new Talent. 
  • Contribute ideas to the team to constantly improve and maximise performance.
