We’re looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to help scale our program across Pollen’s wide range of experiences in partnership with major artists and music brands. You will love this role if you are passionate about fostering a growth mindset, building end to end influencer campaigns, working in a high growth environment where you’ll be empowered to execute campaigns to help shape our events and the overall Pollen brand.

We’re on plan to launch 4+ major campaigns per month throughout the world and this role will be critical in helping Pollen become the premiere brand in the entertainment industry.

In the next 12 months, you will:

  • Take a lead in growing the influencer marketing channel strategy and playbook to deliver both top tier creator-content acquisition campaigns and on-site brand campaigns.
  • Own the end to end influencer relationship and campaign, scaling minimum of 4+ experience campaigns a month.
  • Strategize content driven marketing campaign in line with our brand marketing objectives to help us establish brand awareness, engagement, leads and sales across Youtube, Tik Tok and Instagram.
  • Develop high performing relationships with Brand, Experience and Growth Marketing to ensure influencer content can be repurposed through multiple channels.
  • Create bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to share across the channel and department highlighting learnings, performance and our channel playbook.
  • Trial and develop an influencer marketing playbook across Instagram, Youtube and Tik Tok throughout our three major campaign lifecycles: Lead Generation, Mid Marketing and On-Site.
  • Optimize channel costs, lead conversions, sales, engagement and funnel performance using experiments, data and analytics to build a repeatable and scalable growth channel across all major social channels.
  • Establish our influencer marketing program as an exclusive, highly regarded program in the entertainment and live events industry ensuring high satisfaction and long term partnerships, turning content creators into real Pollen Ambassadors.
  • Be an effective leader for junior Influencer Marketing Managers ensuring their growth, development and overall team satisfaction.
