Pollen is seeking a Global Marketing Lead with a deep understanding of the live music entertainment industry to deliver high engagement marketing campaigns for our experiences, working with the world's top bands and performers across the US and beyond.

At Pollen, our vision is to be responsible for 3/5 of people’s top memories. By the end of 2021, we expect hundreds of thousands of people to be finding and purchasing experiences through the Pollen marketplace. We’re on plan to 2x our 350 strong headcount in the next 12 months with offices in London, Los Angeles, New York, Toronto, Vegas & Wroclaw, and backing from some of the most exciting VC's in the world, this is an exciting time to be at Pollen.

In the first 12 months you will:

  • Lead strategic marketing conversations with live music artists/bands globally, build Artist-focused marketing strategies, and drive forward Artist campaigns with incredible attention to detail.
  • Liaise with the teams of live bands, across all music genres from country to metal and beyond, to ensure the success of marketing campaigns.
  • Craft end-to-end campaign lifecycle strategy and narratives across all consumer touchpoints and channels including Ambassador, CRM, SMS, and Social, ensuring all campaigns are on brand and tailored to the specified audience.
  • Project manage campaigns, driving the end-to-end execution of strategy across Email, Organic Social, Email, and Paid Social channels.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Content, Product Development, Performance Marketing, CRM, and Design partners to find efficiencies, maximize performance, and optimize marketing strategies across customer touchpoints for future campaigns.
  • Write on-brand, on-demo, and platform-native social copy for campaigns, optimizing for improved performance and brand feel based off of partner feedback, customer feedback, and content performance analytics.
  • Oversee and manage the asset creation process of campaign materials to ensure brand alignment, error-free creative, and effective storytelling with the goal of driving conversion.
