We’re looking for a talented compensation analyst to partner with key stakeholders and ensure our pay practices are competitive and equitable. Your work will be integral in the People Team executing on the shared goal of attracting and retaining top talent. Your contributions to the small but mighty compensation and benefits team will help ensure Pollen’s pay practices remain aligned with our cultural drivers and our commitment to pay transparency.
This role will be responsible for compensation benchmarking and market research. Specifically, you’ll manage salary survey participation and partner closely with the talent team and hiring managers to design candidate packages. You’ll coach managers in making compensation decisions and you’ll be a resource for employees in all things related to our pay transparency program.
You’ll also partner with the people insights team to drive analysis of pay related data, design and build compensation metrics, reports and tools to forecast and analyze compensation decisions.
In the first 12 months you will:
- Gain an in depth understanding of Pollen’s organizational structure, competitive landscape and employee profiles
- Be an integral part of Pollen’s implementing a job architecture and related salary bands
- Establish an iterative process for reviewing and adjusting compensation based on market data
- Partner with the talent team and finance to enable accurate headcount forecasting
- Work with People Operations and the Insights team in the development, implementation and maintenance of tools and programs to support the efficient administration of compensation analysis
