Pollen is seeking a Global Marketing Lead with a deep understanding of the Latin entertainment industry to deliver high engagement marketing campaigns with top Latin brands across the US and beyond. If you’ve worked with artists or brands similar to J Balvin, Maluma and Ozuna then we’d love to hear from you – we put together blockbuster artists, the most exciting destinations and the best hotels to create incredible experiences for young people!
At Pollen, our vision is to be responsible for 3/5 of people’s top memories. By the end of 2021, we expect hundreds of thousands of people to be finding and purchasing experiences through the Pollen marketplace. We’re on plan to 2x our 350 strong headcount in the next 12 months with offices in London, Los Angeles, Toronto, Vegas & Wroclaw, and backing from some of the most exciting VC's in the world, this is an exciting time to be at Pollen.
In the first 12 months you will:
- Lead marketing conversations with partners globally, work cross functionally with various internal and external departments (CRM, Growth, PR teams etc), and drive forward campaigns with incredible attention to detail.
- Oversee marketing campaign readiness and execution across Latin brands and artists to ensure the success of revenue-driving marketing campaigns.
- Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle strategy across all consumer touchpoints and channels including Ambassador, CRM, SMS, and Social, ensuring all campaigns are on brand and tailored to the specified audience.
- Project manage campaigns, driving the end-to-end execution of strategy across Email, Organic Social, Email, and Paid Social channels.
- Partner cross-functionally with Content, Product Development, Performance Marketing, CRM, and Design partners to find efficiencies, maximize performance, and optimize marketing strategies across customer touchpoints for future campaigns.
- Advise on Social Marketing strategy for Pollen brand as it pertains to supporting engagement with Partner campaigns.
- Oversee the asset creation process of campaign materials to ensure brand alignment, error-free creative, and effective storytelling with the goal of driving conversion.
