Our vision is to be responsible for three of our members’ five top memories. By the end of 2021, we expect hundreds of thousands of people to be finding and purchasing experiences through the Pollen app.

We’re building a product design team who care passionately about our customers, and can use data and customer insight to help position Pollen as the go-to destination for creating unforgettable experiences with friends.

In the first 6 months you will:

  • Act as product designer in one of our cross-functional teams focusing on one of the core parts of our customer funnel.
  • Work closely with remote product, engineering, and delivery colleagues to maintain a high functioning team dynamic.
  • Design features which add value for our customers and the business.
  • Be responsible for the design and usability testing of screens and flows in your part of the app.
  • Contribute to Pollen’s design system, and overall design consistency between teams.
  • Become a subject matter expert on the part of the funnel your team is working on.

Your personal data will be retained by Controller as long as Controller determines it is necessary to evaluate your application for employment. In the event that you are unsuccessful during the recruitment process, your personal data will still be retained by Controller for up to a year for the purposes of assessing your application for future vacancies. Under the GDPR, you have the right to request access to your personal data, to request that your personal data be rectified or erased, and to request that processing of your personal data be restricted. You also have the right to data portability. Please notify us if you would like your personal data erased.
