We’re looking for a current college student who is inspired to grow Lifestylez and Echo Tours ski programs on their college campus and on campuses across the US and Canada. You will love this role if you are passionate about hitting the slopes and helping people become their best selves through traveling and trying new things. We’re on plan to double our 350-strong headcount in the next 12 months with offices in London, Los Angeles, Toronto, Vegas and Wroclaw, and this role will be the linchpin in driving excellence, growth and behavioural change across Pollen.

In the next 8-12 weeks you will:

  • Support the Regional Sales Team for new traveler growth in appointed territories through social media and networking strategies
  • Lead Gen- social media recruitment, personal referrals, and incoming paid leads
  • Fielding paid marketing leads before assigning to the Regional Sales Director
  • Implementation of detailed lead information into CRM
  • Schedule meetings and make introductions with new leads on behalf of Regional Sales Directors 
  • Focus on individual campus growth 
  • Compile prospective traveler lists- develop new leads in assigned management hubs
  • Campus research- compiling information on greeks, ski clubs and other campus orgs
  • Weekly transparency reporting on accomplished tasks and lead generation 
  • Develop exciting and relevant social media content 
  • Increase social media following 
  • Support office operations and general management 
  • Assist in Lifestylez and Echo Tours Summer FAM Trip Planning and Operations 
  • Travel to Lifestylez Summer FAM Trip at the beginning of August
