We’re looking for an ambitious, pro-active, and analytical strategic finance professional to join Pollen’s Strategic Analysis team. You will be a key contributor on a team responsible for optimizing the economics of Pollen’s curated travel business and must be as passionate about margins as you are about uncovering and communicating strategic insights and recommendations. In this role, you will be interacting cross-functionally with Pollen’s Content and Experience Teams to provide them with the financial and strategic expertise necessary to create value from our customers and travel experiences.

In the first 12 months you will:

  • Help build the infrastructure necessary to manage the economics of our curated travel P&Ls, ensuring the accuracy and efficacy of inputs and outputs as Pollen rapidly scales live events.
  • Perform exploratory analysis to identify, quantify and evaluate opportunities to create customer and experience value.
  • Partner with stakeholders to communicate actionable insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams aimed at improving customer and experience economics.
  • Monitor and analyze customer and experience KPIs and assumptions.
  • Forecast, measure and identify success across various initiatives and projects intended to impact customer and experience value.
  • Work closely with FP&A, Accounting, Data Science, Growth, Risk, and other teams to ensure consistency in work across the Pollen organization.
  • Analyze current and past trends in customer and experience KPIs to inform the decision-making process.
  • Maintain financial reporting tools in conjunction with the data team.
