Please note: We are open to a variety of locations for this role, so this person can be based out of our main offices in either London or LA, or they can work remotely from anywhere in the US

We’re looking for a highly creative and analytical innovator with extensive experience in Compensation and Benefits, but who thinks outside the box.

What you will achieve:

  • Embed a robust and transparent framework for total rewards at Pollen (including base salary, commission plans, equity, and other non-cash rewards) 
  • Design, implement and manage salary levels and role classifications, taking into account the systems that we currently have in place and evolving / re-imagining them to ensure that everyone is compensated correctly 
  • Responsible for benchmarking each role’s compensation package and signing off all new hire packages and all compensation changes across the organization
  • Optimise and maintain the Levelling framework for all employees, ensuring that microlevels are correct and giving employees clarity on their career paths. 
  • Be fully accountable for Pay Transparency reporting on a monthly cadence
  • Partner with global managers to train on Pollen’s reward practices - sharing the current philosophy, rationale, processes and existing framework to develop buy-in across the organization and ensure managers are supported
  • Proactively monitor  global compensation, benefits, and transparency trends and initiatives to ensure Pollen is at the forefront of the industry
