- You will be able to articulate the commercial value of an idea to communicate the value of our work.
- You will work across and manage a wide range of stakeholders to chart a path to delivery, prioritising sprint backlogs while ensuring the process has been collaborative and clear to others. You will also ensure that the delivery dovetails with the product strategy and broader Policy Expert ‘North Star’.

Who are you:

- A strong team player: collaboration is a big thing for us so being able to challenge / support and be challenged/supported by others is key to our continuous improvement.
- Be interested in good delivery fundamentals such as quality, speed to market, optimising for flow, and delivering value early, and take pride in the products our teams create and the principles on which they’re delivered.
