Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial reporting, group consolidation, and month-end processes.
- Lead the preparation of group accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide insights and drive financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support annual audits and liaise with external auditors.
- Drive process improvements to streamline accounting functions.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong accounting background with solid experience in financial reporting and consolidations.
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices (FRS102 UK GAAP)
- Insurance industry experience (preferred but not essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you’ll be working with various teams and senior stakeholders.
- A proactive, energetic attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and fun environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
