Job Title: Manager, Logistics

Job Summary: Manages and plans for logistics policies, objectives, and initiatives. Manages a team of logistics analysts and/or coordinators.

What you’ll do

  • Develops logistics plans and procedures to ensure that internal and client needs are met.
  • Creates procedures for logistics management to optimize product workflow and minimize cost.
  • Has responsibilities for vendor selection and negotiation, distribution, transportation, and inventory control.
  • Develop and deploy process maps and standard work to improve efficiency and shorten learning curve           

What you’ll bring

  • Six+ (6+) years of relevant professional experience, plus one (1) year of management experience.
  • Bachelors degree required.
  • Functional expertise related to logistics management.
  • Delivery management expertise.
  • Inventory management experience.
  • Proven track record related to successful vendor management.
