The Office of the CAO leads foundational enterprise functions in partnership with the business and other functional leads to enable our firm to grow and scale with disciplined controls, risk management, and continuous process improvement.
What you'll do
We are looking for an experienced program manager to join the Strategic Implementation team, responsible for driving complex cross-functional initiatives. You will collaborate with Strategy, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams to execute projects that support the growth of our businesses. Specifically, you will:
Drive the delivery of cross-functional projects with multiple senior stakeholders across the organization
Define the program structure and organize the program into workstreams
Collaborate with representatives from functions across the Firm to develop detailed project plans and timelines
Establish program governance and lead workstream meetings with stakeholders
Analyze problems and partner to develop solutions, lead groups to consensus on decisions
Assist in the development and deployment of the strategic operating model
Support end to end implementation across functions
Develop leadership presentations to provide management transparency
The ideal candidate will:
Be an excellent project manager and communicator, capable of organizing and leading diverse project teams, performing the detailed work, and proactively identifying and resolving roadblocks
Be able to build effective partnerships with internal clientsto drive decision making and gain consensus across groups, seniority levels, and interests in a complex global organization
Create and deliver compelling presentations, effectively communicate with senior internal clients, simplify complexity, and provide thoughtful and succinct recommendations
Be inquisitive and analytical with the ability to gather and synthesize information to challenge assumptions and recommend solutions
Have at least 7 years of work experience in a financial institution or consulting firm with a demonstrated track record of leading people and implementing complex initiatives

The annual base salary range for this role is $225,000-$285,000, which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
