We’re looking for a Social and Community Manager to join our specialized team. We have the vision and resources, and need your talent and skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage a brand-driven social media presence for Point Card that engages current cardholders, drives long-term retention, and brings new cardholders onto the platform.
Use consumer insights and platform analytics to monitor and drive positive community sentiment and content performance.
Collaborate with Design and Growth teams to resource and deliver content that is in line with brand guidelines.
Develop and execute community promotions/activations to drive engagement during key events.
Stay up-to-date on social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to ensure content is optimized for performance on each platform.
4+ years of experience with social media and community management.
Bachelor's or higher degree in business, marketing, management, or related field.
Extensive knowledge and understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Snap, Twitter, etc) and how each can work together effectively and efficiently.
