We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our small but mighty team of passionate and collaborative folks. We just launched Point to the public in November and we’ve already been ranked as a top finance app in the App Store, processed millions in transaction volume, and cultivated an enthusiastic community of early adopters. Additionally, we're backed by top investors like Peter Thiel (Valar Ventures), Y Combinator.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Partner with cross-functional teams to execute the short-term and long-term product roadmap for all product areas.
Collaborate with team members to drive decision-making through customer insights, quantitative analysis, and testing.
Manage the product development process in a very agile and fast paced environment (2 week sprint cycle).
Gather product requirements across cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Engineering, Compliance, etc) and communicate crucial successes and blockers to key stakeholders.
Write tickets to scope out desired results and definition of done
Solicit ideas and feedback, gather requirements, write specs, and craft wireframes and workflows.
Validate when tasks are done and provide detailed feedback when adjustments are needed.
Utilize data points to define success for the organization.
Conduct user research to evaluate product enhancement opportunities and areas of improvement.
3+ years of product/project management experience, ideally in the fintech space.
Ability to clearly and concisely communicate with technical and non-technical members across all levels of the organization.
Positive track record of working with members of Engineering and Design.
Capable of working and pushing forward in ambiguous situations.
An understanding of the demanding nature of working in an early-stage startup environment.
