We’re looking for a Member Services Engineer to join our specialized team. We have the vision and resources, and need your talent and skills.
About this Role
The Member Services Engineer will utilize their technical expertise to dive into customer support issues and utilize feedback to improve the overall experience of the product. This is a unique opportunity to interface with different teams across the organization to help grow the future of the Member Services Engineering team.
Role & Responsibilities
Partner with Member Services, Operations, Engineering, and Product teams to continuously provide feedback to influence improvements on the product and the overall user experience.
Manage the Zendesk queue and answer tickets end-to-end
Investigate bugs, identify the root issues, and brainstorm solutions.
Identify product gaps and enhancements and strategize to implement the solutions and improvements
Assist in building automated processes surrounding customer support tickets.
Continuously refine dashboards, tools, and processes related to Member Services.
2+ years experience in a customer facing Engineer role.
Prioritizes and demonstrates compassion and empathy for customers.
Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of how card transaction processing works.
Previous experience collaborating and communicating across cross-functional teams (Member Services, Engineering, Product, Operations, etc).
Ability to work outside of a traditional 9 am to 5 pm day (occasionally working nights and weekends)
