The PMG Professional Leadership Program (PLP) is a hands-on rotational leadership development program for professionals with 2 years of relevant work experience and are recent graduates of an MBA, Masters or PhD who are interested in working on data-driven digital and technology solutions and creating an impact for leading brands. 

This full-time program will train and rotate you through different client facing functions to help tackle the next wave of business challenges. We’re looking for team players, passionate leaders, and curious individuals who ask questions, solve problems, and who are ready to roll up their sleeves and get to work.

The Client Consulting track is focused on career opportunities that support client strategy planning and data analytics for leading brands. Your training and curriculum will cover a series of topics including client communications, campaign planning, and storytelling with data.

The Client Consulting track is best suited for those interested in:

  • Cross-functional project management
  • Budgeting and forecasting spend for a brand
  • Client relationship and communication management
  • Designing, conducting and analyzing consumer research to understand consumer behavior
  • Evaluating potential new clients and developing briefs on them
  • Building and managing media campaigns 
  • Recommending testing strategies and optimizations to improve campaign performance
  • Trafficking and flighting digital media campaigns
  • Designing and implementing the underlying logic and structure for how data is set up, cleansed, and ultimately stored for organizational usage
  • Creating software for our client and performance teams 
  • Developing applications using Behavioral and Test Driven Development 
  • Designing flows, prototypes, sketches, and high-fidelity visuals for tech features

On The Job

  • Develop a framework to utilize industry data to solve client problems
  • Drive analytics strategy development ranging from business goal setting to measurement plan, and data structure guidance
  • Support developing media plan based on Industry benchmark data
  • Work as a liaison between the consulting team and the client ops team if the client becomes an agency wide client
  • Work on ad-hoc consulting clients on project by project basis
  • New engagement clients – data onboarding as required & data-driven assessments
  • Project reporting requirements – such as developing performance or customer dashboard as part of consulting scope
  • Benchmark/research – current clients and new clients to audit existing programs and performance
  • Technology assessment – vendor research during consideration phase and use of existing client tools to evaluate accuracy/importance
  • Project management; Maintain organized and up-to-date project timelines across all clients


  • MBA, Master’s Degree or PhD completed between Fall 2021 and Spring 2022
  • GPA of 3.2 or above 
  • 2 years of related work experience
  • Strong interpersonal and coaching/training skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
  • Strong, fast analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to build coherent presentation with limited outside input
  • Strong presentation skills with proficiency in either PowerPoint or Keynote
  • Self-motivated and like to learn new tools and technology
  • Sponsorship will not be considered for Client & Media roles
