The PMG team is looking for innovative leaders to join our growing Paid Search Marketing (SEM) team. This role will own the SEM Strategy and channel/client relationships, while continuing to innovate and lead the direction of the agency practice. We are looking for agile individuals who have a passion for SEM and are looking for engaging challenges that will help shape the search landscape for our clients and the industry.
Our team thinks about search marketing in a unique lens, finding new ways to solve old problems--and embracing new opportunities--while creating an environment where each individual has opportunities to thrive as professionals and people.
Skills & Experience:
- 9+ years of related work experience, plus 3+ years of management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong interpersonal and training skills
- High level of emotional intelligence
- Ability to provide thought leadership within the search landscape
- Ability to coach junior team members
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong team player
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or SQL
- Self-motivated and likes to learn new tools and technology
