About this position

As part of the Sales Team, the Account Manager or (Regional Manager) will be responsible for; sales, recruiting, and rank advancements within a targeted segment for our North American market. In addition, this position will create ways to increase new customer acquisition and help key field leaders set and achieve growth objectives for their businesses. As a Regional Manager, you will partner with the manager, Director of Sales, and the Senior Vice President of Global Sales to develop and execute strategic growth plans for your area.

What you'll do

  • You will be responsible for partnering with the Managers, Sales to develop and drive strategic direction and tactical execution of annual growth plans for North America. Growth plans to include: overall sales, customer acquisition (recruiting), and rank advancements.
  • You will achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly metrics designated for your area of responsibility. Partner with the Data Analytics team and Director of Sales to develop specific reports, dashboards, and measurements for the company and designated area of responsibility.
  • You will be responsible for tracking and analyzing regional data and developing recommendations for growth on a monthly & quarterly basis. Provide MTD & YTD territory summary to the Manager and Director of Sales at the beginning of each month for the SVP of Global Sales.
  • You build a high degree of trust and relationship with leadership in your area of responsibility. Each Regional Manager will work with specific Ambassadors based on experience and individual performance. Managers will also influence leaders through skillful questions, active listening, and exemplary coaching.
  • You will develop the Plexus compensation plan and recognition programs as a core competency.
  • You will analyze business reports for the field and offer coaching and expert advice on how to grow your Business. 
  • You will help leaders understand how to drive incentives & promotions within their teams to increase growth. 
  • You will advocate for company policies, programs, and management.
  • You will meet or exceed designated daily and monthly call plan requirements.

You should have

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience. Bachelor's Degree in Business, communications, or a related field.
  • You have five years of related experience and training. 
  • You have demonstrated relationship and collaboration skills and experience partnering across multiple business segments.
  • Yo have the ability to sell and coach others to generate leads and build Business. Direct Sales/MLM industry preferred.
  • You're confident, enthusiastic, articulate, confident, and persuasive. 
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • You have a natural ability to engage and build rapport with customers, Ambassadors, and team members. 
  • You have an ability to work in a fast-moving, results-oriented environment. 
  • You have an understanding of and ability to execute dashboards and reports.
