We're hiring a Field Development Manager - West with Direct Sales experience!

This is a remote role located in Utah, Texas or Arizona.

About this position

The Field Development Manager is responsible for organizational growth through aggressive and effective sponsoring, training and mentoring activities in the Western region of the country. Candidate must have experience in recruiting techniques in Direct Sales companies with proven success in organization building strategies. High energy, self-directed, ability to travel a minimum of 35% of the time.

What you'll do

  • Facilitate and attend opportunity events, training events, virtual training, opportunity presentations, and group and one to one coaching.
  • Must understand following critical priorities with the ability to lead and create the way:

Sponsor: Support grassroots recruiting, including contacting and converting connections with leaders in the field, personal networking, identifying, and managing events. 

New Brand Ambassador Productivity: Developing a new Brand Ambassador to sponsor and sell products using the company tools and systems.

Leader Development: Identify, develop, and mentor Leaders; support the growth of their lineage.

  • Work with new Brand Ambassadors in key markets to fast-track recruiting efforts and growth.
  • Development of a quarterly training plan that increases the Brand Ambassador base and sales in specified markets.
  • Understanding and utilization of Plexus’s career plan and product line.
  • Specific Measures of Job Performance:

Sponsoring - Meet predetermined sponsoring goals in the region.

Sales - Meet targeted revenue goals in the region.

Rank Advancement - Promotion of Brand Ambassador to Gold Ambassadors.

Retention - Maintain Gold Ambassadors and above in assigned regions.

Activation - Ensure the activity of the new Brand Ambassador in the first 90 days.

You should have

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • You have 5+ years of building a Direct sales  business with corporate.
  • You have 5+ years of experience recruiting and building in a Party Plan and direct sales company, preferably in both field and corporate.
  • You have years of experience leading high-performing teams
  • You speak both English and Spanish (perferred).
  • You have a valid driver’s license.
  • You know the Direct Selling industry and practices. Strong communication and presentation skills, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • You are very detail-oriented and possess excellent time
    management skills.
  • You have a thorough knowledge of social selling tools and how to leverage social media to drive the recruitment of consultants and enable and empower the consultants for success.
  • You can work well in a team environment and be creative and self-motivated.
  • You're an inspirational leader
  • Your values and morals cannot be wavered
  • You are self-motivated and can work with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
