Pleo’s GTM Enablement team is on a mission. Of course we are, everyone’s on a mission at a company growing as fast as Pleo 🚀
We have a team of amazing Enablement Managers, now we need an Enablement Program Manager to increase the value of our services.
So, we're looking for someone creative and with a Program Management, Instructional Design or learning background with strong business presence to help manage cross-functional relationships and drive programs with internal stakeholders and external vendors from start to finish. Yeah, we’re ambitious – but we’re hoping you are too.
Cool. So, what’s the role? 🤷♀️
As a Program Manager on our GTM Enablement team you will be crafting, developing, and completing enablement projects and programs for the global GTM Organisation.
While our enablement managers have clear ownership for functional implementation of enablement capabilities, to enable both the seller and the buyer and develop each function ( enabling the BDR team to attract buyers, the Sales team to win deals, the CX team to grow and retain, etc. ), the Program Manager will be the company-wide orchestrator of all GTM-wide initiatives that will serve all GTM functions, and will also own and run individual programs (freeing up the rest of the team to focus on their functional enablement priorities), such as:
You live and breathe Project Management: working cross-functionally with both internal teams (for example, Talent, Product & Marketing) and external stakeholders & vendors across EMEA, to ensure Pleo’s Enablement is world-class 🥇
You’re creative: you’ll love to design and develop, in conjunction with outsourced vendors, learning assets for our global teams to support learning at scale.
We believe Enablement is the key to success, so help us develop and implement a “coaching” approach to management to reinforce all enablement services, and support sales steering and development with the right tools and routines ⚖️
You like data, looking at ROI metrics and such, to track which Enablement initiatives are best for Pleo as we scale.
Working with our Enablement Managers, you’ll help establish and implement an instructional design methodology for both instructor-led content and self-paced, digital content which delivers a blended and “right-sized” experience for audiences within the scope of assigned projects.
And last but not least; you’re a relationship builder, a great communicator, you have a sixth sense for problems before they arise and can work to solve them. 💪 🙏
What we need from you on your first day:
5+ years in an L&D, Sales Training or Sales Enablement organisation.
Experience in consulting with leaders and stakeholders, with a proven track record of establishing relationships and the ability to be a strategic partner (vs. just execution).
Experience designing and delivering content and learning programs to reflect knowledge in adult learning principles, both inside and outside of traditional classroom environments.
Experience in the tech industry, SaaS selling
Show me the benefits!
- Your own Pleo card (no more out-of-pocket spending)
- Flexible working remote options - plus a budget to set up your home office if you want to be 100% remote.
- Budget for private healthcare
- International trips for team camps (both company-wide ones and team-specific ones). The last physical one was in Spain 🇪🇸
- Investment in learning & developing (just check with your team for what's reasonable, we don't have set budgets)
And here are some other nice gestures we make:
- Catered lunch in our HQ or a budget to expense your lunch if you're working from one of our other offices (€10 per day)
- 25 days holidays (annual)
- Loads of weird and wonderful niche communities to join in the company (we're talking guerrilla gardening, liquids tasting, the Pleo band, learning to code initiatives, beer brewing, skiing, Pleo dinners, that type of thing)
- Wild enthusiasm and encouragement from us if you want to host MeetUps, events, etc - we'll help (venue, food etc)
Working at Pleo means you're working on something very exciting: the future of work. Through fintech we've seen a way to impact how people work; we think company spending should be delegated to all employees and teams, that it should be as automated as possible, and that it should drive a culture of responsible spending. Based on some pretty amazing Series C-round investment in 2021 we think we're onto something big.
So, in a nutshell, that's Pleo. Today we are a 400+ team, from over 54 nations, sitting in our Copenhagen HQ, London, Stockholm, Berlin, Madrid, Montreal, or Lisbon offices – and quite a few full-time remotes in 22 other countries! Being HQ'd out of Copenhagen means we're inspired by sensible things like a good work-life balance. If you don't work in the office with us we'll help you get up the best remote setup possible, and will fly you in once a quarter for team camps.
