Digital Creative Director 

In this role, you will:

  • Set the digital brand strategy and direction across all departments
  • Create the brand aesthetic on each social platform, including our emerging social presence in global markets
  • Create reusable content templates and motion graphics elements for social platforms, content series, and branded/licensed content deals
  • Establish a process for all content design requests that allows for clear ownership, visibility to status, and project prioritization
  • Maintain and evolve the product design UI and UX across multiple concurrent products
  • Create a common “design language” for the TPT website, internal workflow products, and data tools
  • Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to rapidly iterate products as a cohesive team
  • Establish and execute a design review process for the entire team, including stakeholder and user involvement
  • Work with the Sales organization to create standard branded materials for presales needs and campaign recaps/case studies
  • Coach and mentor current design team members across product, content, and sales - while identifying future department growth needs

Who we're looking for:

  • 10 + years design experience 
  • Extensive experience with software design
  • Excellent communication skills that can collaborate with executive levels, department heads, external partners
  • Creative Wizards! PhotoShop, Adobe Creative Suite. Video editing skills and motion graphics experience
  • Ability to wear many hats, multi-task in a small start-up environment
  • Knowledge and passion for sports is nice but not a deal breaker
