TPT is looking for an Operations Associate that will also act as the Executive Assistant to the CEO. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and is ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will have an opportunity to learn from top professionals in the sports and media businesses, and ultimately grow within the company.
Lead research and data analysis special projects for CEO
Coordinate, track, manage, and report progress on multiple projects simultaneously
Identify and understand any pain points in various areas of the business and establish processes and best practices to address
Research potential business solutions and opportunity size to make informed recommendations
Represent the CEO + President by acting as the first point of contact for all guests, ranging from industry associates, professional athletes and public figures, to all internal TPT staff
Assist in planning and execution of internal staff programming and events, including all-hands meetings, board meetings, etc.
Handle administrative duties for executives including: calendar management and scheduling, travel, office phone, monthly expense reports, mailings, etc
Required Qualifications / Skills:
2-4 years of experience in Operational role, preferably in the media landscape
Prefer strong interest in sports and media, and/or 1-3 years in consulting or finance
Experience planning and setting goals, analyzing success towards goals, and making data driven decisions
