The Players' Tribune (TPT) is looking for a super organized Recruiting/Business Partner to support our Operations team as we build out our London, UK office. In this role you will help manage the full recruiting process including sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and tracking candidates throughout their entire TPT journey.

This is a contract position with the possibility of contract renewal or permanent hire depending on our company needs.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop compelling job descriptions & manage the entire recruiting process
  • Manage US to UK transfers/Visa process for potential full-time employees 
  • Lead the UK benefit rollout & liase with potential vendors 
  • Schedule all interviews and serve as the main point of contact for our UK office 
  • Screen inbound resumes on Greenhouse and conduct initial screening calls
  • Onboard new full-time & freelance/contract employees 

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years recruiting preferably in a start-up environment 
  • Customer service oriented approach and natural ability to be part of the team
  • Impeccable organizational and project management skills
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse)
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to work autonomously
  • Resourceful and able to proactively anticipate needs and provide solutions
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality when working with sensitive information
