About the Role
Company Overview: We are a leading SaaS provider specializing in connected vehicle software distribution and data rights management. Our cutting-edge platform partners directly with vehicle OEMs to enable seamless integration of advanced technologies across telematics control units (TCUs), in-dash human-machine interfaces (HMIs), and high-performance computing (HPC) systems for cameras and sensor networks. We are seeking an experienced and visionary Technology Executive to drive forward-deployed engineering efforts, strengthen existing OEM relationships, and support new partnerships as a subject matter expert.
Position Overview: The Technology Executive will lead strategic and technical engagements with OEMs, ensuring the efficient and effective integration of our SaaS platform into their vehicles. This role involves close collaboration with OEM technology and business leaders to identify needs, address gaps, and align strategies for maximum value realization. Internally, the executive will develop scalable integration patterns, scope OEM integration work, and align future platform engineering needs with company goals while overseeing professional services tailored to OEM requirements.
Essential Responsibilities
- OEM Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and OEM technology and business leaders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM stakeholders, including navigating tier 1 supplier dependencies.
- Understand OEM strategic priorities, technical needs, and pain points to tailor solutions effectively.
- Support new OEM relationships as a subject matter expert and assist in forward-deployed engineering efforts where required.
- Forward-Deployed Engineering:
- Lead engineering efforts to support OEMs in integrating SaaS technology into TCUs, HMIs, and HPC systems.
- Provide technical guidance on current and future sensor networks, ensuring alignment with OEM roadmaps.
- Act as the technical subject-matter expert during OEM discussions and integration processes.
- Scalable Integration Development:
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement scalable, repeatable integration patterns.
- Drive the development of tools, frameworks, and processes to streamline SaaS adoption across diverse OEM ecosystems.
- Internal Collaboration for Integration and Platform Evolution:
- Work closely with internal teams to scope OEM integration efforts, ensuring alignment with project timelines and technical requirements.
- Identify and communicate future platform engineering needs based on OEM feedback and industry trends.
- Coordinate with product and engineering teams to prioritize and deliver enhancements that address OEM requirements.
- Professional Services Management:
- Define and manage professional services offerings to assist OEMs in adopting and integrating the SaaS platform.
- Oversee the delivery of professional services projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and alignment with OEM timelines.
- Strategic Leadership:
- Stay ahead of industry trends in software-defined vehicles, connected vehicle ecosystems, and sensor networks.
- Provide strategic insights to internal teams to enhance product offerings and align with OEM and industry needs.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums, showcasing thought leadership.
Education and Experience:
- Extensive experience in software-defined vehicle technology, connected vehicle ecosystems, or related fields.
- Proven expertise in software management, development, procurement, and commercialization, particularly within OEM contexts.
- Strong technical knowledge of TCUs, HMIs, HPC systems, and sensor networks.
- Exceptional relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and business domains.
- Experience managing professional services teams and projects for OEM clients.
- Ability to navigate complex OEM and supplier ecosystems, understanding dependencies and delivering solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and their application within the automotive industry.
- Demonstrated success in scaling integration processes and frameworks.

This is an exempt role. Our job titles for each posting may span across more than one job level. The estimated base salary for this role is between $160,770 and $243,800. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target range for new hire base salaries across all US locations. Compensation packages are based on many factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, work experience, relevant trainings and certifications, business needs, market demands and specific geographical location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
