Job Summary:

We are seeking a Product Operations Manager to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our product development process.
The Product Operations Manager will work closely with our product management, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure that our product development process is efficient, effective, and aligned with our company’s strategic goals. The Product Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the product roadmap, coordinating product release communication, and driving operational improvements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the product management team to develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring that it aligns with our company’s strategic goals and customer needs
  • Coordinate the release of new product features and functionality, working closely with the engineering team to ensure that releases are delivered on time and meet quality standards
  • Own and administer our feature prioritization framework
  • Establish and maintain product development processes and standards, ensuring that they are efficient and effective
  • Develop and maintain metrics and reporting to track product development progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational issues and bottlenecks that may impact product development
  • Own Productboard and build out our feedback collection mechanisms
  • Collaborate with the client services teams to ensure that product releases are communicated effectively to customers and that they are trained on new features and functionality

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or a related field
  • Strong project management skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and driving product development processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • Experience working in an agile software development environment
  • Experience in the ad tech industry is a plus

Compensation:

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide.

The expected salary range for this role in the selected city:

Seattle, WA - USD $115,000 - $150,000

The base salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, education, work location, and other business and organizational needs.
