You have a strong knowledge of real estate lead generation, scripts and objection handling. You are energized by helping sales professionals increase their conversion rates and sales volume. Passionate about how technology and systems enhance sales efforts, you understand the importance of helping others implement tools to streamline their business. You are patient when teaching yet firm in accountability. You enjoy teaching, training, coaching and empowering others to achieve results.
What You’ll Do:
Internatilize PLACE’s proven real estate agent playbook and teach it to real estate agents who partner with Powered by PLACE teams
Lead PLACE real estate agent Launch and ongoing training sessions via Zoom
Cultivate an online culture with interactive dialogue through Zoom and other web-based channels
Report observations and accountability KPI’s to stakeholders
Create and manage content in PLACE’s LMS
Recommend training content and real estate agent production resources
Collect feedback from participants and real estate team owners and iterate upon that feedback
Skills You Have:
Dynamic self-starter
Experienced trainer and leader
Engaging presenter
3+ years’ real estate sales or leadership experience
Possesses a solid understanding the challenges of real estate sales
Licensed real estate professional preferred
Content creation and recruiting experience preferred
Compensation: $65,000 to $80,000 annual salary
