The Role

The Customer Success team is a highly motivated group of individuals who play a crucial role in growing our clients' businesses by driving strong results and providing the best client service experience in the industry. Securing long-term business relationships with existing key customers is one of the major functions of the Account Manager role. Pixability is at the forefront of the fast-growing social advertising industry, and we work with some of the most dynamic companies in the world, from international brands to independent agencies. 

As an Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to maximize the value of our products, create actionable insights for our clients, and take ownership for the use of our products throughout their organizations.You will work closely with our AdOps team to manage the client on-boarding process and have a strong understanding of our solutions, which you will be able to explain to both internal and external stakeholders. You will also have the opportunity to be a part of the strategy and planning phases and work closely with the sales team and client. You will develop a strong understanding of Pixability's insights tools and social data mining products portfolio. You will support the RFP process and ensure best practices are being followed. Additionally, you will communicate opportunities for client upgrades to the sales team and gather customer feedback to enhance Pixability's customer service experience.

Who You Are

You love your customers and provide ongoing continuous support using any means necessary (conference calls, instant message, hot desking, email, standing meetings and webinars). Collaboration comes naturally to you and you understand the importance of partnering with the product team to address and fulfill customers current needs and pragmatically predict future needs. You are passionate about the social advertising industry, understand it, and stay informed of  the trends. You have a take-charge mentality and have no problem working in the gray. You’re a data nerd at heart and can communicate complex data reports to customers with eloquence and ease. Most of all, you’re fun, outgoing, and enjoy the feeling of a satisfied customer.

 

What You Bring to the Party

  • 3+ years as an Account Manager/Media Planner at a digital agency or AdTech company
  • A proven track record of success in developing and executing effective strategies and media plans.
  • Coordinate internally with the sales, client success and marketing teams to find the best solution for our clients.
  • Research, capture, and share competitive market information across the teams
  • Strategize and provide data points to align with client goals and KPI’s.
  • Research and identify prospective clients across multiple verticals.
  • Experience working with social media platforms, particularly YouTube and CTV.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-motivated environment, while effectively managing Tier 1 brands.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on influencing and active listening.
  • Passionate about one's work, exhibiting enthusiasm and dedication to achieving goals.
  • A confident and articulate presenter.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
