The Role:

The SVP, EMEA role is to work with brand advertisers and their agencies to align Pixability’s core products with client objectives to achieve revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a small team of sellers as we look to expand our influence in the UK/EMEA. Our Sales organization is supported by knowledgeable and passionate individuals that are part of our Strategy & Planning, Customer Success, Insights, and Data Science teams. Our extensive experience working with leading brands across key verticals gives our sellers access to a huge repository of insights and success stories. 

 

What You’ll Do:

Establish/renew trading agreements with Agency Partners.Personally develop customer relationships and work closely with the team on account / prospect strategy – negotiate contracts, close sales.Represent the company and advocate for Pixability’s point of view at industry events, trade shows and conferences.

  • Define the market opportunity leveraging Pixability’s capabilities in new categories / platforms / verticals and determine how to best allocate resources.
  • Ensure the right individual contributors are in place - recruit, train, develop, and retain an exceptional team.
  • Establish and clearly communicate goals, incremental metrics and processes consistent with meeting / exceeding sales targets.
  • Responsible for oversight of day-to-day sales operations / pipeline. Utilize analytic tools to ensure an accurate view of the sales pipeline and progress towards goals at all times.
  • Drive collaboration between the sales, operations, finance, marketing, product and engineering teams.
  • Provide market feedback to product development regarding features, functionality and enhancements.

What You Bring:

  • Self-motivation and a drive to succeed within a team environment.
  • Deep experience leading and motivating a team of sellers to consistently achieved / exceeded sales targets, ideally at a company selling both managed and a self-service solution.
  • Proven ability to set clear and deliverable goals - demonstrates tenacity, commitment to deliver and be accountable for results.
  • Proven track record of successfully selling at the holding company and brand level.
  • Understands of IO-based, managed service and SaaS business models and effective at capturing market share.
  • In-depth understanding of the video advertising ecosystem, and ideally YouTube and/or CTV.
  • Understanding of Agency Holding Company reporting relationships; who are the major players, how they buy, from whom; what are the macro and micro forces that shift  budgets and strategic direction.
  • Have an established network as well as credibility as an industry expert.
  • Strong personal network with key agency contacts across digital/video/search/social/AV investment and programmatic teams at the Holding Companies. Independent agency and brand contacts are also a plus.
  •  Experience utilizing sales management and analytics tools, to optimize performance.
  • A minimum 5 years of video (preferably video/YouTube) Holding Company agency experience is preferred, with superior knowledge of the video space, excellent communication skills, a history of influencing people (clients and internal) and commercial awareness.
  • The ability to partner with brand marketers/agencies and formulate strategies based on client objectives and strategically position Pixability in the larger context of larger ad-tech and mar-tech investment.
  • Successful experience using a solution selling/customer-centric approach to working with clients.Phenomenal presentation skills that bring data and analytics to life with an affinity for understanding and leveraging data to support your clients.
