The Role:

This role will be responsible for the strategic direction of Account Management activities managing the client relationship for both retaining and growing premier clients. You will define and execute high-level client strategy, oversee day-to-day account management activity, lead/participate in client meetings and assist in pre-sales by developing client strategies to ensure success. You will ensure the success of the current running business; delivering world-class customer service in order to exceed client expectations. You serve as the face to both external clients and internal teams throughout the organization.

You’ll maximize the value of Pixability’s products to create actionable insights for our clients and take ownership for the use of Pixability’s products throughout clients’ organizations. You’ll work with our Senior AdOps team to manage the client on-boarding process and have a strong understanding of our solutions and be able to explain these to internal and external stakeholders. You’ll also communicate opportunities for client innovation to the sales team and gather customer feedback to utilize it and enhance Pixability’s customer service experience. The Account Management team is a highly motivated group of individuals who play a crucial role in growing our client's businesses by driving strong results and providing the best client services experience in the industry. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide strategic oversight and recommendations for growth of multiple high-visibility tier 1 client accounts and channel partners by understanding their needs and success metrics.
  • Partner with senior-level sales management to grow strategic clients
  • Nurture positive, collaborative working relationships with clients through regular communication, exemplary client services, and continued expectation management
  • Collaborate with sales team on client retention and upsells
  • Identify new trends and create strategic action plans to lead your accounts forward in the emerging video industry
  • Work with cross-functional teams to build and maintain industry-leading strategies for YouTube & CTV
  • Research, collect and analyze data while leveraging internal and external resources
  •  

What You Bring to the Party:

  • 7+ years as an Account Manager at a digital agency or AdTech company
  • Experience with video  particularly with YouTube, and CTV
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills with a keen ability to distill data into clear and actionable takeaways
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, self-starter environment with superior skills managing Tier 1 brands
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills, particularly influencing and listening
  • Confident, articulate & passionate presenter
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

This is a New York, hybrid-based role.You will spend time in meetings and briefings, as well as remaining in close contact with key clients. Travel to other offices is usually required for client visits, new business presentations, planning and brief taking. 

The pay range for this role is $85,000 - 150,000 total compensation. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
