In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work with colleagues both within and outside of HR, giving you exposure to many different styles, experiences and philosophies for providing support to employees around the globe. You will act as the HR Business Partner for employees of Pivotal’s America field teams which includes sales, presales, and alliances teams. You will consult and partner with management on topics such as people development, change management, proper performance management, compensation assessments, coaching and training. This position’s contributions will fundamentally impact the development of Pivotal’s mission executed through HR programs and processes.
