Role Requirements

Public Education

  • Customer support, queries, registration, payment, processing
  • Scheduling (shared with Field) and logistics
  • Revenue Forecast to management

Onsite Education

  • Field sales support, liaise with account executives for pricing, quoting, scheduling etc
  • Direct quoting to customers
  • Scheduling and logistics for on-site classes
  • Processing engagements, contracts, POs etc
  • Bookings, Revenue and margin forecasting and Expense management

ATPs, Resellers and Subcontractors (Partners)

  • Identify and recruit potential education partners (in conjunction with Global Education team)
  • Agree go-to-market plans with new partner (open schedule, # classes, target market etc)
  • Support with systems and ordering
  • Set up, train (Onboard) new Partners
  • Support with public and onsite opportunities
  • Process PO and bookings
  • Contracting process
  • Keep up to date on material and roadmap updates
  • Meet regularly to review progress and performance

Pivotal Certified Instructor Partners

  • Negotiate rates
  • Manage contracts
  • Schedule trainers
  • Raise PO and assist with invoice processing and payment queries

Suppliers

  • Negotiate rates
  • Manage process of raising PO, approving invoices etc
  • Assist with Invoice and payment queries

 

Certification

 

  • Support customer and liaise with certification team
  • Resolve Certification issues

 

Internal Trainer scheduling

 

  • Manage internal trainer schedule, share/publish and book internal enablements
  • Review, approve T&E submissions

 

Support Education Management Team

 

  • Support Education management with any miscellaneous assignments
  • Provide weekly reporting on business metrics
