Your Day

In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work with colleagues both within and outside of HR, giving you exposure to many different styles, experiences and philosophies for providing support to employees around the globe. You will act as the HR Business Partner for our Cloud Foundry R&D Organization. You will consult and partner with management on topics such as people development, change management, proper performance management, compensation assessments, coaching and training. This role’s contributions will fundamentally impact the development of Pivotal’s mission executed through effective HR programs and processes.

Required Skills / Experiences

  • Empathy, emotional intelligence and a passion for people
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner supporting business teams
  • Experience supporting/managing HR programs
  • Broad knowledge of HR concepts
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Effective communication skills both verbal and written
  • Project management skills

  • Experience in change management strategies and tactics

Total Rewards Package

Pay Range: $72,250 - $97,750 CAD
