Summary

The procurement department serves its internal customers by promptly procuring the goods and services they need while maintaining the company's financial health.

What you'll do

Search for suppliers, release RFX, bidding process, negotiate, develop comparative maps, and validate contracts and POs.
Use Pismo ERP Systems (Jira and Netsuite).
Advocate for the Procurement department and disseminate policy and processes to key Stakeholders.
Supporting Sourcing leaders as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

Advanced English (B2)
Excel and Google Spreadsheets Intermediate
Desirable experience with Jira and Netsuite
Studying for a University Degree (Preferably in Business Administration / Economics or related areas)
