Summary

The Implementation Team exists to provide the best experience for our clients in implementation projects.
 
The team is composed of specialists who drive implementation projects. They ensure the initial setup of the customer’s account, create proper alignments both internally and externally and guide the clients during key moments of their journey with Pismo

What you'll do

You will be part of a high-quality team that leads client implementation projects on the platform, being the focal point for the client and other suppliers with Pismo during these projects. This role is critical for the customer to quickly see value in their integration, ensuring adoption of the defined solution.

In this role, they will:
  • Ensure that all activities take place as planned and that the customer understands the platform's functionalities as well as its possible parameterisations
  • Carry out project management for the implementation of new customers, ensuring visibility to all stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain healthy relationships with customers, building trust and transparency
  • Track deployment success metrics
  • Ensure customer success in deployment
  • Assess customer needs and relate to possible solutions
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in the process, product and documentation

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in the large-scale implementation of at least one of the following capabilities is essential: core banking, cards, electronic payments, consumer/corporate lending
  • Strong Project management skills
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Good Analytical skills
  • Ability to define priorities
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PPT
