Summary

The Customer Success team is responsible for ensuring that the customers achieve their desired outcomes by using Pismo platforms and services and have a positive experience.

What you'll do

You will be responsible for ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes by using Pismo platforms and services. The aim would be to maximize customer satisfaction, retention and references, ultimately contributing to the overall success of our customers through effective platform utilization

  • Address all product related queries on time  / assist customers’ technical requests and take care of any technical issues
  • Train customers to use products effectively
  • Provide Product team with customers’ feedback to help identify potential new features, including regulatory changes or products
  • Report on product performance
  • Identify solutions to reduce support costs
  • Make sure all deliverables arrive in good order, on time, and fulfil customers’ requirements
  • Collaborate with extended team to achieve sustainable growth

Minimum Qualifications

  • Worked within BFSI and payments industry
  • Project Management experience with a Bank or Fintech
  • Knowledge of payment card processing and operations (entire lifecycle). 
  • Candidate should be comfortable with usage of MS Excel with macros to dice and slice
