What you'll do

The purpose of the Marketing Team is to bring new customers for Pismo, thus helping the Sales Team generate revenue.

  • Managing our CRM system, guaranteeing the best processes for sales and Marketing teams (you will be the guardian of our CRM - Hubspot)
  • Create, manage, and automate growth marketing campaigns and journeys in order to generate SQLs for our key markets
  • Creating nurturing flows and smart rules to optimize journeys.
  • Lead business-critical projects with cross-functional stakeholders to clean and maintain the integrity of the database, implementing best practices for lead generation and management.
  • Oversee the end-to-end quality assurance and hygiene of lead data from data capture (especially on events) to database storage
  • Building outbound lists in partnership with SDRs
  • Educate sales and marketing teams for optimal use of Hubspot
  • Work with the compliance team on rules for Hubspot's optimal usage
  • Create and manage the lead funnel/customer management and reporting (define, scoring, handoff, routing, health, tagging and performance reporting)
  • Use performance data to drive opportunity assessments that inform new marketing and sales initiatives
  • Taking advantage of our tools and data to optimize SEO
  • Building our monthly marketing performance reports
  • Pushing innovations in the inbound tools, tactics and activities

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, preferably at a B2B SaaS company
  • Strategic vision about inbound and outbound growth strategies
  • Deep understanding of key marketing performance metrics at both the executive level and more tactical campaign performance level
  • Experienced in data analysis and the best tools for retrieving, manipulating, and visualising data
  • Focused on conversion rate optimisation, getting the most out of the budget and the highest amount of ROI
  • Excellent track record in B2B marketing automation and confident crafting workflows and processes
  • Advanced English as we are a English-first Marketing team
