What you'll do
Follow market trends, regulatory and competitive landscapes, clients/leads' demands to identify and suggest improvements or new positioning of our products;
Develop the product roadmap seeking to optimize the delivery of value for current and future customers and for Pismo;
Evaluate, together with the engineering and business development teams, the approaches to implement the product roadmap: build, partner, buy;
Develop and monitor product solutions throughout their entire life cycle;
Prioritize and manage the product backlog;
Work together with the engineering team and track their deliveries using agile models;
Cooperate with other teams to develop "cross squad" evolutions;
Ensure product quality, including non-functional aspects such as integrity, resilience, and scalability.
Experience in managing digital products;
Relevant experience developing or using marketplace platforms: seller management (MDRs/fees), cash advances, on-us and off-us transactions, split payments, settlements;
Experience in managing technology products (B2B) aimed at the financial market;
Ability to understand and anticipate customer and business needs;
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills;
Able to collect data, perform analysis and validate conclusions about metrics and data;
Challenge the status quo with the ability to articulate a path of change/improvementAbility to handle pressure and multiple tasks;
Intermediate or Advanced English;
Ability to present projects and roadmap.
