Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify top accounts across various ideal customer segments through a team of sales development reps
  • Build account maps & key-value props for each account by working closely with the enterprise account executives
  • Help the team devise enterprise playbooks
  • Collaborate with website conversion, content, and sales enablement team members to execute the playbooks
  • Orchestrate internal support needed throughout the sales cycle and help the sales team meet the targets
  • Set objective targets based on past performance, product/segment-specific goals, drive daily execution, measure, and course-correct team activities
  • Build pipeline ahead of time to ensure that monthly and quarterly targets are met
  • Manage won-accounts to proactively ensure product adoption, along with the CX team members, and expand revenue
  • Bring revenue certainly every month

Techno-Functional Expertise Required:

  • Experience with enterprise buying cycle – buying centers, buyer roles, triggers, risks, and ability to assess win probabilities
  • Solution development ability – map account-level imperatives with PipeCandy value prop and win internal champions to navigate the buying process
  • Expert-level familiarity with CRMs (preferably HubSpot) and best practices
  • Know what to measure and help the team track and report insights
  • Familiarity with ABM tools and ad platforms (nice to have)
  • Deliver a compelling pitch that shows the promised land
  • Display a keen, proactive analysis skill to layout target vs. actual scenario that is likely to play out and alert SDR, Marketing, and CX teams to optimize between net-new MRR, churn rate, and expansion MRR

  • Grasp of industry, segment, and customer contexts
  • 'Best in class' articulation of our value proposition and fit
  • A methodical, disciplined, and thorough approach towards qualification, opportunity sizing, deal dynamics, and post-sales account management
  • Reporting the right insights for sales, marketing, and CX planning
  • Situation leadership and an ability to inspire the team by showing than telling
  • Beginner’s mindset (curiosity to understand), disposition to rolling up the sleeves and getting things done
