This Position

This is a remote position, but candidates will need to be based in the US to be considered.

We are looking for an inbound BDR/SDR to manage our growing pipeline of inbound inquiries.

You will be expected to respond to and qualify inbound inquiries in a timely manner, work with our delivery team to formulate a solution, get back to the buyer with a proposal and close the deal. Deals can close in a day or take up to several months so you will need to be organized and process minded to stay on top of all the activity.

You will also be responsible for tracking our pipeline and progress in Hubspot and providing a weekly snapshot to the executive team for review. We will look to you for ideas on how to accelerate our lead-to-close effort.

About You

You've spent a few years working in a B2B SaaS e-commerce company with strong inbound lead flow, honing the skills and mindset needed to stay on top of leads and ensure no opportunities slip through the cracks.

You're proficient in applying CRM best practices, ideally using HubSpot, and comfortable with some CRM administration. You collaborate effectively with marketing to identify bottlenecks in the sales process where better content and communication can drive results.

Most importantly, you have an entrepreneurial spirit, a growth mindset, curiosity, and the ability to implement new ideas. You thrive on a "no-drama" team that values and rewards achievement.

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of BDR/SDR experience at an ecommerce technology/operations company selling a SaaS solution
  • Experience working in a startup environment 
  • Experience with product-led businesses with substantial inbound inquiries
  • Process minded. Organized and disciplined
  • Ability to manage a CRM system, create reports and make adjustments to workflows, Hubspot preferred
