This Position

You are passionate about building great applications to ease business complexity for customers and have some experience with e-commerce or integration (or both, of course).  You have the ability and desire to bring new ideas to a growing company and product and can thrive in a fast-moving start-up environment. You are a team player who collaborates well with co-workers to help us evolve the technology stack and define and oversee implementation of features at a stage where change is the only constant.

You have been involved in projects from the drawing board to MVP and beyond, and ideally have experience within consumer or business to business companies selling to mid-market and enterprise businesses. You are a fast learner and comfortable working with many different applications and systems.

Responsibilities

  • Define customer value and roadmap for our SaaS e-commerce order operations and connectivity products
  • Gather insights from multiple internal and external data sources to build product roadmap
  • Work with cross functional and globally distributed teams for rapid and high quality product development
  • Partner closely with Engineering, translating business requirements for ease of development
  • Stay on top of trends in the industry including competitors and surface new product offering and positioning ideas
  • Communicate with various external partners for collaboration to advance the product
  • Troubleshoot day-to-day operational roadblocks
  • Get involved in a wide range of customer scenarios, from pre-sales to on-boarding through to support so as to understand the day-to-day customer experience and build a product which addresses requirements and makes self-service on-boarding and operations easy

Qualifications

  • Ecommerce experience is a must with preference on order management 
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in STEM or related fields
  • 4+ years of experience in Technical Product Development, preferring depth in SaaS products
  • Experience overseeing design and implementation of highly interactive user interfaces for high volume web applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time while paying attention to detail
  • Fast learner and self-driven personality
  • Comfortable dealing with complex technical requirements while products are under development
