This Project Coordinator will help build our project pipeline through identification of suitable land and engaging property owners to lease or purchase land targets.  Having previous experience in real estate or prior development experience is a plus. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about renewable energy, real estate transactions, have the ability to develop relationships with a diverse group of landowners, and the ability to manage a nationwide pipeline of negotiations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Sell and negotiate ground lease agreements, purchase contracts, and easements with landowners, as well as private and public entities
  • Maintain database of leads and status of negotiations
  • Coordinate and meet with landowners virtually and in-person - nationwide
  • Develop and cultivate project opportunities for Utility-Scale PV Projects
  • Assess and review projects sites and customers for economic feasibility
  • Create new channels of engagement and sourcing of Utility-Scale PV sites

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Economics or Engineering preferred
