About the Role

Pine is looking to hire a Sales Training Lead to help facilitate a smooth and quick onboarding experience for our new hires, provide continuous feedback, coaching, and conduct evaluations of Pine’s customer facing team members. You will be playing a critical role in shaping our internal training processes and overall employee experience. 

The Sales Training Lead will design, implement, and oversee Pine’s comprehensive learning and development programs. This role will focus on empowering employees to enhance their skills, knowledge, and abilities, aligning with our organizational goals and objectives.

  • Performance Review and Evaluation: Monitor and review the performance of team members consistently. Actively listen to calls and provide constructive feedback to enhance communication and adherence to best practices. Conduct regular scorecard evaluations to assess how team member’s activities align with internal practices and outcomes compare to key performance indicators.
  • Coaching and Development: Implement a continuous coaching approach to enable team members to achieve their performance metrics.  Provide individualized coaching sessions to address specific needs and challenges.
  • Performance Metrics: Track performance metrics to gauge the effectiveness of training and coaching efforts. Use data-driven insights to refine training strategies and address areas for improvement.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute Pine's learning and development strategy, aligning with overall business objectives. Evaluate current training programs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Leadership Development: Implement leadership development programs to train and build the necessary skills of the future leaders at Pine.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all learning programs comply with industry regulations and internal policies.

  • Multiple years of comprehensive and in-depth experience in onboarding and coaching sales team members.
  • Proven and quantifiable track record of designing and implementing successful training programs focused on sales tactics and processesData driven approach to making decisions.
  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
