What you’ll do 

  • Design, document, build, maintain, optimize and support a wide array of Large-scale, highly available multi-cloud infrastructure and services
  • Own key components of our SaaS platform running on AWS and GCP cloud
  • Manage, optimize, and evolve our observability infrastructure and processes.
  • Analyze performance,usability, and platform stability challenges and propose innovative solutions to solve them
  •  Identify bottlenecks, manual, or suboptimal processes and automate/code them into a highly reliable and reportable system
  • Work on multiple assignments at once, collaborate with the larger teams to establish and use best practices
  • Mature our processes from ad-hoc to optimized and well-documented
  • Improve scalability of various Cloud components to improve Cloud cost and stability.

Your skill-set: 

  • Experience in designing, building and operating large-scale automated cloud services in multiple zones and regions in GCP and AWS
  • Hands-on experience building and managing systems with Container Orchestration platforms like Kubernetes(GKE/EKS) and service mesh.
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining the systems that monitor, analyze, and report on the health and performance of software applications and infrastructure
  • Experience in implementing and optimizing standardized centralized logging pipelines to collect , aggregate, and store logs from various sources 
  • Experience in on-call management, troubleshooting, and system administration tasks.
  • 5-7 years of experience in cloud platforms such as AWS , GCP as DevOps and/or SRE roles
  • Experience with Terraform, PackerAnsible, Helm, Flux/ArgoCD, Istio 
  • Scripting expertise, preferably Python, Bash and/or TypeScript
  • Strong hands on experience various CI/CD toolset and internal services that you will help manage: Github/GH Actions, Jenkins, JFrog, VMWare, Prometheus, Grafana etc

 

  • PostgreSQL, MySQL or similar DB experience in both building highly available systems as well as writing complex queries and debugging
  • Demonstrated history working within a distributed architecture and CI/CD best practices
  • Telephony infrastructure experience is a plus

    • Have an intermediate level of familiarity with many of the products and services architecture to start making technical decisions while maintaining the team's architectural methodology.
