ON A TYPICAL DAY YOU’LL
- Manage overall event projects end to end, coordinating and executing logistics for events and conferences.
- Attend and engage customers, prospects, and partners at in-person events.
- Bring new ideas and solutions to team brainstorming & planning sessions for events, conferences, initiatives, and enablement programs across different channels.
- Ensure fulfillment of sales enablement activities.
- Develop an annual social media calendar in collaboration with the Manager, Marketing from ideation to content creation and scheduling while tracking relevant metrics across platforms.
- Manage promotional inventory & print collateral for events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Source and vet venues, partners, and external vendors for local events, print projects, swag, etc.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and execute key milestone events for employees.
- Report on Sales, Real Estate, and Channel (partner) enablement activities and events.
- Optimize and update event processes and project flows.
- Develop training for internal event staff outlining the event goals and business impact and the specific roles, responsibilities, and expectations of working a Pilot event.
- Make updates to print & digital collateral using Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or Canva.
- Make project-related budget recommendations and ensure the accuracy of marketing expenses and budget.
- Collaborate with other teams on internal and external projects.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 4-5 years of marketing experience
- Experience with tradeshows, conferences, and local events
- Excellent communicator, verbal and written
- Direct customer-facing experience
- Ability to build effective relationships across teams
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple deadlines
- Keen attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality content; ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Flexibility, creativity, and the ability to be a collaborative team player
- Resourceful—the ability to leverage both internal and external resources to problem-solve
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across all levels within a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace
- Comfortable working outside traditional business hours (regular event attendance will be required; events may begin before 8 AM and after 6 PM)
- Ability to travel up to 20% for conferences and other events
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs on occasion
PILOT’S PAY & PERKS
- Base salary of $70,000 - $85,000
